There appears to be two different Polish construction systems called Młody Konstruktor.
Młody Konstruktor[1] - Some parts similar to the East German Konstruktor/Constructor. Probably made in the 1980s.
Młody Konstruktor[2] - Many parts similar to Meccano. Dates unknown.

The manual hides the red-edged lid label of set seen, & has 5 or 6 models in yellow panel with white parts list on RHS. Parts including 2-15h Strip(s), 9 holes Curved Strip(s), 9,20 holes Angle Girders, 6x6,12 holes Flanged Plate(s), 'Thimble', large metal Road Wheels, & slight(ly) larger Disc.

Lid has boy with Tramcar, later colourful, cartoonish boy with simple model & girl with Spanner. 2 small(er) Ebay sets seen have MECCANO-like parts including 5x11h Flanged Plate(s), 2-21h Strip(s), Double Angle Strip, Trunnions with side slots, white plastic Bush, Pulley(s) Wheels.
